Rates and Reservations

Rates are per apartment, per week, quoted in US Dollars
 A 10% Service Charge is applied to all accounts at checkout
rates are based on the number of persons AND the number of bedrooms used
Summer (weekly) Winter (weekly)
1-2 persons $400
(using 1 bedroom)		 1-2 persons $600
(using 1 bedroom)
3-4 persons $650
(using 2 bedrooms)		 3-4 persons $860
(using 2 bedrooms)
We also offer a Single Night Rate
1 or 2 persons US$130 per night
3 or 4 persons US$180 per night
Free airport or ferry pickup
A 50% deposit is required within the first 2 days prior to arrival. We do not accept credit cards. Account settlement is at checkout. A/C is available in the two lower units @ additional charge ($100/wk for two persons and $150/wk for four persons)

For now we need the name and contact information only for the person inquiring about or making the reservation. At the appropriate time you may supply names and room assignments. Fields marked * are required.

We usually respond to emails and reservation availability requests
no later than the next business day. Until you get our Reservation Confirmation Email, the above is only a request for availability NOT a firm reservation.
